About half what the big companies charge — and you see your house lit up before you pay.
Two things to know: your home needs a working outdoor outlet, and we can't run wire under concrete paths or driveways. We'll confirm both from your photo before you commit to anything.
Why neighbors do it
Your house shouldn't disappear for half the year.
Safer doors and walkways
Guests, kids, and deliveries can actually see the path — and a lit house is a house that looks watched.
See your dogs after dark
Let them out at 6pm in January and still see them from the kitchen window.
The best-looking house on the street
Warm smart lighting on the trees and the front of the home — on a schedule, or any time you tap your phone.
Use your yard in winter
The patio and garden don't have to shut down in October. Light brings them back.
Good to know
What is low-voltage lighting?
Every Honest Glow install runs on a 12-volt low-voltage system — safe by design, cheap to run, and the same kind the pros use. Here's what that means for you.
Safe around kids, pets & rain
The smart transformer steps your home's power down to 12 volts — doorbell territory. The buried wire can't shock anyone, and every fixture is built to live outside in Portland weather year-round.
Pennies a night to run
LED fixtures sip 4–6 watts each. Our most popular 12-light package draws about 50 watts all together — less than one old-fashioned 60-watt porch bulb. At Portland power rates, that's roughly 6 cents a night. Call it two dollars a month.
Smaller than a night light
Each individual fixture uses about as much electricity as a plug-in night light. Run them every evening of the year and you'll never notice it on the bill.
